Using the services of the Point of Single Contact

You've decided to found a business or provide cross-border services, and you don't want to waste your time with time-consuming official procedures? Take advantage of our services!

The form can be completed online and then sent to us or print-ed and filled out by hand, whichever you prefer. Detailed information about options to communicate electronically are provided via the link in the column on the right.

An overview of our services

  • Information and advice regarding all relevant procedures
  • Provision of the required forms

You only need to engage us, agree to the use of your personal details for the agreed purposes, and fill out the required forms. We'll take care of the rest!

We'll keep you informed about the status of our work and inform you in case documents or information still need to be submitted, and in the end, we'll transfer you the final approvals and documents.

Fees required

Simple information and advice is free of charge for you. Assistance provided by the Point of Single Contact involving complex administrative procedures is subject to fees. The Point of Single Contact will be happy to explain which fees will be required in case you utilise our services.

Once the procedure is completed, you will receive an invoice that you may settle via automatic debiting, bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or giropay.

Note about our data protection policy

In case the Point of Single Contact assists you, personal data will be required from you (e.g. name, date of birth, address). Your explicit consent to this will be necessary. Your personal data will be automatically collected and processed. All data will be transferred securely according to state-of-the-art processes to the relevant offices and protected against external access via modern encryption technology. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time with immediate effect.
